About the Project

Fitable is a fitness app that uses machine learning to correct the posture of users while doing exercising. In addition, the app can help users build a consistent workout routine by reminding them and incentivizing users through gamification. The app also a features a 'market' where users can find routines created by other community members.

Fitable was originally our submission for a 3 day innovation challlenge, called Innofest. These three days pushed us to our limits and forced us to adapt and deliver a presentable product by the end of the challenge. Our perserverence, time management and commitment allowed Fitable to win the Most Popular Team award, the Best Prototype award and the Best Innovative Idea Award- with our submission also being placed second in the grand finals.

Since then, our project has won SST Inc's App of the Year award and has been featured in videos including on MOE's Education Technology Channel. Fitable has morphed into more than just another school assignment, a passion project that we continue to work on and improve.
